Hand Care / Elbows hurt b/c of pen spinning?

I'm not sure but ever since I spun my mods for the whole day yesterday, today my elbows hurt (never should've touched my VGG mod, NEVER :facepalm:). My friend tells me that the fingers are controlled by your arm, and people rub the elbow area to sooth finger pain and what-not. Idk, I forgot what she told me about the connection. Every time I twist my arm or push/pull something my elbow freakin' hurts. So anyway to stop this pain? I didn't pen spin today, in hopes that it heals but it still hurts lol.

Mine only does when I do too much aerial hai tuas.

My elbow doesn't hurt... but I pen spin everyday with KT mods and my right hand is in permanent pain. Not really pain... but like kind of a bruising pain but the colour doesn't physically show up. It only hurt when I spin though.

do less punkans and massage your forearms

take a rest. you don't want the pain to worsen. the fingers are connected to your arms and are effected by the elbow (i think, not 100% sure). just don't do any tricks that invovle arm motion.
