You have to keep long nails. Over time the fingers grow more slender because the nails provides protection for the front. But it only works if you're young.

Basketball, pushups, piano, typing. But those only work if you're under 10 years of age about. My friend has super long fingers because he played the piano. I envy him. :( I think basketball gives you bigger palms because you constantly get finger sprains/jams. :/

you don't really get control of your body's proportions IRL, sorry.

A lot of famous pianists have non-slender fingers (ex. Langlang, Valentina Lisitsa). It's more genetics than anything. I play piano and I don't have slender fingers, but I have long fingers.

Long fingers from piano? Nahhh. I play piano, and I have shortish fingers. And it's better to have fat fingers for piano. It makes better sound. Or so my last teacher said... I still trust that he's right, though, because he was like 60 some and played piano for a longass time.

I think piano players often have short fingers because they cut their nails a lot. Same for many other instrument players.

YOU cant actually force you fingers to grow long but the best thing is that you take good care of your hands rather that trying to pull your fingers until you sprain on then ^^

Honestly I don't know about sound quality depending on the size of your fingers...to me it's more based on your ability to cleanly push the keys on a piano than on how short your fingers are. I'm not a piano player but that's just my thought. Some people have long fingers, some have short fingers, some have skinny fingers, some have fat fingers, it's all genetics. Unless you get some bizarre operation, most likely you won't be able to change the size of your fingers.

for an hour a day, tie 1 lb. weights to each of ur fingers on each hand. then u will get sore fingers. and then............ur hand will stay the same length :)
