Sometimes you wake up and your hands feel really cold/numb and rubbery, makes it really hard to spin. Anyone else experience this? Any possible remedies? Continued from here.

for like morning hands, i just kinda stretch my hands, but if your hands are like warm and sweaty, try washing them? i cant spin after washing my hands though :(

@davidguy: Me neither, when your hands are a bit wet, I think it gives you the illusion of better control, when in reality it doesn't really help that much. The water at first acts as a sort of medium like sweat but not sticky which is nice but then when it starts to dry the pen can skip and get stuck etc. not fun. Plus afterwards my hands tend to be to dry to spin.

Spin a Tornado when your hands are all cold and immobile, feels good. :3

I reckon you'd be better off just doing your usual morning routine (breakfast, shower, etc.) before you start PSing. That way not only are more fingers more active and ready, but so is your brain.

It's not just cold hands but like sluggish hands? or like when your skin just isn't gripping the pen correct and it slides away =\

yup, my hands are lazy in the morning, so I: 1. stretch them and crack my knuckles 2. warm them. I like to put my hands on a warm glass of hot cocao, etc. 3. just do some basic tricks (charge, thumbaround, etc.) as a warmup :)

Haha. Like when you're at the beach. It's not a penspinner's paradise. That's for sure. I hate when my hands are cold, you can't even do a double charge.

Bump. Sorry I didn't want to make a ne thread on a similar topic on my mind, so here goes. I find that my hands sweat more when I'm in an air conditioned room. The pen slips often, and my fingers are not as nimble or responsive. Same when cubing. The puzzle slips when I'm turning it, and I get terrible times. So, how to remedy this problem? Thanks.
