Hand Care / Weak fingers?

My fingers start feeling tingly and weak whenever I put them in a fist or lift something relatively heavy. This happened recently, and I'm a little scared it's arthtis (Did I spell that right?) or some sort of condition. I've been cracking knuckles in the past, so I'm not sure if that's related. Help is VERY MUCH appreciated.

A man cracked his knuckles for 60 years to prove that it did nothing wrong. He only cracked his left hand. No difference. So that's not it.

Arthritis is hereditary (Meaning its passed down from your parents) And could be the cause. I know i'm bound to get arthritis in my fingers sooner or later. you could look into Exclusive's post. So if your parents have arthritis then it could be an early sign. Id just work them out like whatever exclusive poster. Or spin harder :D
