im kinda not believing nails = better spinning. its an ok theory though....but... .... lets think about how long pens work. ... For example, lets take a hand size of 8. lets also take a pen which has a length of say 8 and extend it to 16. Long Pens = Easier to Spin bc more room to grab and do tricks then. (long pens within reason) so ratio between pen and handsize, is say 16:8 = 2:1 . So lets assume at this ratio we have very comfortable spinning lengths. (i know thats ridiculous but yeah its an example) but rather than extending the pen what if we take that same hand, and shrunk it instead to 4 So the ratio is then 8:4 = 2:1 the ratio between will still be the same as if we were to make the pen larger. so growing longer nails != better spinning necessarily. and using this example perhaps can make it worst. but growing nails does make it look cool. and longer nails != bigger hands but rather longer fingeres. so this model is purely for example purposes. i shall post my hand...soon.

well to me long nails help me spin better. whenever after i trim my nails off my hand gets the smooth/dry(not dry, idk how to say it) and bald fingers feeling lool my skin gets a lil more sensitive to touch too o_O and my left hand is skinnier and sexier than my right's ._.

go on... this thread is fascinating! I have a thing for hands! I love beautiful, well-tended, hands with long fingers especially the soft ones with nice medium-long fingernails. Long fingernails are ok just make sure you keep it clean, never dirty or yellow. To keep hands smooth you can buy a tube of Glysomed lotion. it's small so you can carry it around with you, it's really moisturizing and doesn't contain drying alchohol. it's really important to do this frequently especially if your hands are extremely dry :-)
