What do you do to make your hand feel better when it is tired or numb? I massage it and sometimes I put liniment on my hands....how about you?

All the things DistincT said, plus rest if I know if I overworked my fingers (and by rest, I mean switching hands :P ) -

I wash them and let them untouchable of anything around, for about 5-7-10 minutes.

Ok so I've been addicted to doing sonics.. So i was doing em earlier and my hand started going numb as I did it. As soon at I stopped the feeling came back. I know it obviously means I should stop, but has this happened to anyone else?

yes. depends on ur pen i think, is the pen too thin? too thick? too heavy? the texture or the pen might have affect ur hand too. maybe learn a new trick?

I mentioned somewhere else about this: penspinning it's similar to juggling, because it involves finger/hand dexterity and muscle memory responses, such as when to catch the ball, or in PS case, when to release, catch the pen. I'm no master at this, but it's based on experience that I'm sharing. When you learn something new, your muscle memory tries to adapt to that particular trick. After sometime, you feel sluggish and unresponsive, and the ball/pen starts dropping all over. And when you try again after some rest, your muscle memory knows what to do and you are able to exceute whatever you're doing quite well. In your case, it may not be because of the above reason, so you better be careful on the type of pen you're using.
