Must be a symptom of Ebola.

Perhaps the ThumbFlap is getting used to the weight of the pencil which it shouldn't be too heavy o.O Try to minimize the use of the ThumbFlap for a little bit until the pain goes away. Also, perhaps you are twisting or moving the Thumb too much the rounded motion. Let us know the outcome.

I think double sonic is a 23-34 sonic and a neosonic done in succesion the name was popularized by some idiot on youtube. he called thumbaround harmonic "the debate" He's a freakin yidiot. the video is like penspinning 101 10 tricks or some name like that.

@ghornas This is a fairly common symptom for beginners. Stop spinning for a bit; rest your hand for a few days. If the pain continues to persist, consult a doctor.

SpoilerI cannot stress enough that one should rest their hands frequently. Our hands are not invincible. UPSB is not a good place for diagnosis....

Learn the charge and perform the sonic with a charge instead of the thumbflap, your thumbflap will then no longer receive any stress
