Hand Care / Red Dots?

I did some practice/modding today and afterwards, I developed like these red blobs on my hand. They DID go away after a day or so, but can anyone tell me the cause of this? The practice and modding was a normal session for me too. :o

When you press the rim of caps or bodies on your hand it makes a ring.

The only thing I can imagine is that if you were shaving some plastic, etc. you could have made a bunch of little plastic shards. If those rub against your hand, it can irritate it and make a small rash which goes away quickly, as you noted.

Sometimes it occurs occasionally when there is a large change in temperature.

when I write too much or if I wear gloves for too long my hands get all red and white and it just looks weird. But it doesn't hurt. So I don't think your case is anything of concern
