How much points does a team get in a DRAW battle? In the rules (http://worldps.org/wc12/files/wc12rules.pdf) it says 1 point, but in R2 results it is somehow "Draw 1.5-1.5". Pls fix that.

1.5 means you won 1 match, draw 1 match but you only get 1 point for it. just like win 2-1 means you 2 matches, but still get 3 points for it -

Yeah, my mistake. Realised right after I wrote the post >_< So THPSC are quite lucky to have one more chance. -

yes thpsc is still alive sorry spsb is eliminated from quarterfinals, but you still play in round 3 -

I lol'd when I saw that Ocha won. Nice, you all consider penspinning like dancing *clap clap clap*. You must not take in consideration the music in a video, because if you do it, you can judge the mod, or the guy himself. So, if you vote for a guy who just do some spreads & bad transfers because of his good looking and his rhythm when he do some dance, you must go on a chearleader forum. I admit that it was funny, but not enough, it's an insult to his opponent to win with this dance.

I agree that precel should have won, there was no enough pen spinning, and the dance and synchronization weren't that good anyway -

Can't understand the wins of myscry and ocha... Yes, Leq did not have a super artistic combo but in all the other categories of judging he was far better imo! At least I'm glad that judges learned from last years critics about judging Kin's Mx spinning and did not take Kima's pencil spinning into consideration (even though it's freakin' awesome!)

My fight with ocha was similar to fight supawit vs kin in last world tournament (it's strange to compare to them but i dont have better example in mind ;p). Maybe my combo shows more linkages and more penspinning but ocha did something what was more original, interesting, funnier and judges just liked it more. You can't judge penspinning combos for only linkages and execution. Penspinning is art. Your feelings about the combo is important too. Judges prefer to watch something nice looking than technically a little better and I agree with that. We have to try to amaze people with our combos ;) Anyway, I'm sorrowful that I lost because it's mean that PPP is out of the tournament after next fight. It's sad to be disqualified in group round when you was so near to win with japan ;) All in all I'm proud of our combos in this edition of the world cup and we'll try do better in 2 years ;)

why complaining on ocha's win? in wc10, wasn't body and environnement an artisitc theme ^^? i know it's not much appreciated but it has not been banned. and saying just "artistic", even gives more possibilities, you know.

I agree with gisele, it Isn't completely shocking news. It was an artistic battle and ocha's combo showed us a relatively unused way of spinning which is quite practical when doing public presentations of PS. It was different, had good presentation and was showed some form of creativity. Percel combo did not really have any new or creative content. It was more technical that anything. Doesn't seem like kin vs supa to me :p

Lol are you serious? The presentation was terrible and the creativity was forced, not well implemented and ineffective. Reminds me of ponkotus WC10 R4/R5, only even less actual penspinning. You should all bear in mind: Those guys are laughing their asses off because they are able to win by doing joke-clips. I can really see it in front of my eyes: The judges going "hurr durr new element, looks funny 5/5 way to go". What a joke. -

Maybe I am oldfashioned - what's okay because I actually am old, but: Good to see, that we havethese two themes. Ocha would not have been able to show this kind of Penspinning, if there wasn't that theme splitting. If I lost against - let's say a "not so good player" I would be in a bad mood probably. But if I lost against this clip - I would have killed myself probably.
