One of the things that pisses me off are men speaking femininely, and generally speaking like women. It's not the same as soft speaking men. Soft speaking men have the manly voice but speak softly and politely. A fine example is the bloody host of America's Next Top Model. Channel E! is full of them. The only thing that can top that are Asian men speaking femininely. They try to develop an American accent that suck worse than their native Asian English speaking accent. I got a headache at work today when one of my collegues was coaching a bunch of women for some leadership course that strangely include dancing and loud irritating music. (I work at MaryKay doing data entry, I do it because of the salary and my coworkers at the Customer Service department are such nice people). /rage

If E! is full of gay men who annoy you stop watching E!. No straight man should watch Americas Next Top Model. Ever. And the "They're hot" excuse doesn't apply here. The solution for your colleague are headphones.

that made me lol, though I don't think name calling is that manly. It is annoying when gay guys speak with a lisp, that just makes no sense to me, but sometimes it makes me laugh.

I watch E! because there's nothing else on TV, and I don't watch America's Next Top Model, it's advertisment. And nope, headphones are impossible because people call me all the time :( A man needs to rant once in a while (no pun intended).

Don't watch TV then. There's nothing else on is the weakest excuse possible.

Okay, maybe it's a bit unfair to have this prejudice towards 'not very straight' people. But in my experience, they're unpleasant. I've tried to be nice and friendly to them but they treat me like dirt. And @neXus, true story D:
