Penwish used to have them :( Anyways i've seen some Singaporean spinners that have them. Maybe scout around on their trade threads. -

By the way, There's no white ballsigns in Singapore ever unless I've not looked hard enough. :(

Spring doesn't have it. We've had lengthy discussions talking about how we want a whit ballsign a lot. He just adds white paper into his regular ballsign
