ChiizuPisa said you will need to trade for it, because the toilet roll makes the mod more pleasurable to spin with. Or my recommendation would be just go to your toilet and waste all that toilet paper for the roll itself. Frog~

Bee cards' structure is lesser quality than Bicycle cards, which means it will chip off less parts of the barrel. If you decide to use Bicycle cards, you will slightly get unbalanced mod. But you might can find more blessings of unbalanced mods, hoping that it will be balanced again. All in all, Yes, but not ideal. Frog~
