So why don't we try this? We could get the best spinners on USPB who are willing to participate, to mentor people. It could work like this: Mentor request thread -> Some conditions like a paragraph about you and another on why you want a mentor and a ~1 min video submission. Mentors can then PM anyone on there and mentor them. Mentors should have their own section of the forum, like RD. I think this will help to create a better pool of pen spinners. Mentors could get a tag, kind of like moderators/admin etc have now - Mentor.
