japan due to earthquake, flood, and power outages have basically halted production on things like pilot g3. their last remaining stock of dr.grips are also on hold since they have no ability to export them out now. Zebra has completely stopped making hyperjells. Yellow and pink will stop forever. black red blue is okay for now but not safe. black red blue can be had in other countries so those should be okay . i'm getting info everyday on this and will update once i return

yeah if you have it in your cart, i suggest you take it out. G3 i think will be decently safe as i think it's just a delay but hj they axed and basically replaced with sarasa in japan now. I had no idea...allthe suppliers for it basically went Poof

I'm going to go with Penwish on this one. But just to make sure, do you have any more metal G3's in storage at the moment? I've had a yellow HJ and a metal G3 in my cart for a week now. Dang, should've made the order a while ago. Maybe even the yellow HJ's? I know it's a lot to ask... -

honestly, i have no more yellow HJ. i took it off the site so definitely no april fools at all. Pink is gone as well but i have some left as of now. G3s i would say it's safe for now but i'll try to keep updated.

yeah it was back in march . two major nuclear power reactors are still down. radiation is rampant, food prices have soared. Japan does many things well but unfortunately they are also good at keeping bad news out of the public. the earthquake and hurricane really screwed the area bad and many companies, not just pen companies, have slow production -

G3 are safe for now. Hyperjell (pink and yellow and light green, baiscally colors you get from japan are all but gone) Dr. grip can be found cheapest in Hong Kong now even though I have no contacts there. I will be getting more but I'm buying them from retail shops and collectors. the price will definitely go up; with the devaluing of the USD against the yen i twill be 13-15 in the future. That still won't be for a while since i'm still trying to more suppliers for drgrips since very few have them anymore so I'm honestly not sure if I will get more but I'm giving it a shot

make sure that is the right one. 320 yen isn't the right one. shaker dr.grips are 500-600 yen on the actual package unless you are at a super discount place which is rare

actually no they are not discontinued just limited production since local sales for that color were low. If can be found in the M&G shop in asias and some larger stores but mass distribution is not happening anymore due to lagging sales so while it is harder to get than others it is not out of production.
