    did you know that you can adjust the brightness on a ti84 by pressing 2nd and then up/down? You can completely turn down the brightness so it looks like it's off. best thing is it'll stay like that until you turn it up or reset the memory :trollface:

    It adjusts the contrast, not the brightness.

    Protip: While on the plotting screen, hit trace and then type in any x-value and it will output the corresponding y-value. There is now no reason to use the table screen.
