So A long time ago someone requested a breakdown for a combo in gollumsk 5th solo video from 2:04 to 2:14 which was a 2P1H combo. I took a crack at breaking it down and this is what I came up with and I wanted to post it here but I completely forgot about it. Anyways enough of the stories on with the naming! P^1- green and blue mod P^2- white mod P^1{double charge 34-34 -> tw. sonic 34-23 -> pass 23-12 -> neosonic 12-T1 -> inv. sonic T1-23 (rest at 23)} -> P^2{(rest at 12) inv. sonic. TF-23 ~ midbak ~ FL. P1skipringmiddle around rev. 23-12} -> P^1:FL. charge rev. 23 + P^2:FL charge rev. 12 (P^2 rest at 12) -> P^1{pass 23-T1 -> FL TA. rev. 12-12 -> bak ~ FL. P^2 around rev. 12-1P^1 ~ baktap 1P^1-34~ pinkybak. rev. 34-P -> swivel P-P^12 ~ P1 bust release P^12-34} Basically how I BDed the combo down was by first naming both pens P^1 and P^2, P1 being the first pen to start spinning. How I differentiated the 2 pens was by using the {} brackets. Once P^1 has stopped spinning at the end of the BD, I stated where P1 rests at and go on to P^2. At the start of breaking down P^2's part I also state where P^2 is resting at and go on from there. At the section where both pens were spinning, I used the simultaneous trick naming to name it but I distinguished what each pen was doing by using a colon. When it came to sections where the pens interacted, for example if P^1 does and around around P^2, I just treated P^2 as a finger slot. Some problems with this is that firstly this method can be a sight for sore eyes because of all the different, symbols, types of brackets and etc. One method of making it neater could be to break it down in sections like so: P^1: double charge 34-34 -> tw. sonic 34-23 -> pass 23-12 -> neosonic 12-T1 -> inv. sonic T1-23 (rest at 23) P^2: (rest at 12) inv. sonic. TF-23 ~ midbak ~ FL. P1skipringmiddle around rev. 23-12 P^1: FL. charge rev. 23 + P^2:FL charge rev. 12 (P^2 rest at 12) P^1: pass 23-T1 -> FL TA. rev. 12-12 -> bak ~ FL. P^2 around rev. 12-1P^1 ~ baktap 1P^1-34 ~ pinkybak. rev. 34-P -> swivel P-P^12 ~ P1 bust release P^12-34 neater but there are still some issues... Also even though the pens are distinguished from the Palm with a superscript, it will still be very confusing to understand. Plus the superscript kind of makes things harder if you can't actually superscript it and have to use the ^ symbol. There are probably more problems with this naming so lets discuss away!!

Phlogistique and I were planning to post our new 2p1h notation. I've been told that it had some issues, so I wanted to post it later. However, I think it's a good idea to post it and discuss right now =) I'm creating another thread with our whole notation.
