Off-topic / USB Not recognized

The USB thing that connects my wireless keyboard and wont work. Any way to make the computer recognize it. I have been using it for a few months now it doesn't work Plz Help. thank god its a touch screen but i cant type hella fast or it will be full of typos. took me 6 minute jus to typee the 2nd sentencer.

Laptop or Desktop? if laptop, turn it off and remove everything from it.. USBs, power, battery, everything then wait for like 5 seconds, and plug those back in again should work then PrinceXD

O_o what is the name/brand of the wireless keyboard? try to find the drivers/etc in the hardware manager in control panel > system

Idk name just cme with computer. Do yu mean the device manager? if so then its still not workin when i check he universal serial bus sectio it still says not recognized
