just found out this video. is that a really spider spin and multiple version or another trick?

It is a spiderspin just that it rotates on the ring finger only. That's crazy hard. Doing the TA ~ spiderspin ~ TA cont is hard enough.

You're right DrakeOhMeteor007, "Spider spin" is not a trick family or a trick concept, it's just an old trick, which has a name =) Notwithstanding, this trick doesn't have a name, nor a breakdown as it spins on the middle-phalanx... Even if it is forbidden, I think that creating a name for this trick is the best way to describe it =P Breakdown is unfortunetaly late... This continuous is awesome O_O'

"Yes it is" BTW on the vid that you show chrisPS, he's not doing a spider spin "Phalanx spin" would be the general name, but it doesn't exist yet. A Spider spin is a phalanx spin 23 Phalanx spin is a category of spins that are different from the shadow, because during a phalanx spin, the finger is bent, but you can do it in palm up, palm side or palm down (with enough speed it could be done I think).
