It does not matter from which body area you obtain these hairs, but as long as you have 5 of the hairs you are set to go

@Koza Haha I see. It's designed for only the best spinners. That's why I included the "use at your own discretion" message. I expect this to be used in the next World Tournament and World Cup :3
