    Ok I've always wanted to do this.. for a few reasons: [B]1)[/B] I'm seeing a bit of nutrition related topics (maybe its been there a long long time ago, but I've just started to see them :P) [B]2)[/B] I wanna test my own nutrition knowledge. I don't major or even study Nutrition/Human Biology.. This is just a small knowledge "hobby" of mine. [B]3)[/B] I wanna learn new stuffs in this specific field, but I have no "target" or motivation as I can just come up with random questions in my head which doesn't benefit anyone, except myself maybe. So yeah.. I dunno how this will go.. This thread might die in 2 days.. I don't wish that to happen, but I'm aware this is a PenSpinning board not a Nutrition/Nerd board.. [B]I can answer general questions like:[/B] - Sleeping habits - Eating habits - Vitamin knowledge - How to improve concentration - How to stay awake - How to improve oneself (generally) - etc. [B]What I cant answer:[/B] - Terminology (there's dictionary.com for that) - Very specific areas of nutrition (you could test me..) - How to pick up girls/chicks.     Many people assumes that to lose weight, you dont eat. [B]However.. to lose weight, you first have to eat.[/B] Eating gives you energy, and you use that energy to burn excessive fat in your body. Vomiting actually do you no good. The acid will burn your throat and if you constantly vomit, it can be damaging to your body. Besides, by the time you vomit.. one of two things will happen: - You either vomit what you just consumed, before your body gets all the nutrition in the food.. Meaning you basically didn't eat anything. - You vomit the waste that your body already taken all the nutrition from, meaning vomiting will render useless (in your case). Since your body already absorbed all the fat and sugar... its like shitting with your mouth.. PrinceXD

    WHAT KIND OF PILLS WILL MAKE MY PENIS BIGGER???? What are some good non-expensive/non-hard to get foods for your digestion system? IE None of that Baby spinach or Arugula shit Whats something that makes you go poop easier :(

    How to improve concentration: 1) You will need to be aware of your daily intake of nutrition, specifically protein. Protein is probably the most useful nutrition for any human. It keeps your brain in working condition and also helps breaking down nutrition from food you consume during the day (energy). 2) Nutrition to body is like parts to a car. Every part supports other parts. To get better results, you will also need to look at your intake of vitamin B and C. Mainly in this case, B helps reduce your stress level, giving you a clearer mind and quicker response. 3) C is by far the MOST IMPORTANT vitamin in the world (known as king of the vitamin). C helps build up your immunity system, and this allows your body to stay stronger and fight off "evil stuffs" that weakens your body (therefore making you think better ;)) You should definitely look into your meals, before considering taking supplement. Although supplements are not harmful (if you know which ones are good for you), but I STRONGLY support that people should get their nutrition from food itself. Also sleeping habit plays a major part here. However, that is another question :P How to improve oneself: This is actually connected to above. When you consume "good" and enough nutrition from food and supplement, your body will simply "react". Like the car example I gave above.. Good engine + Good parts = Good car. Definitely look into your "living" habits. What you eat, how much you sleep.. etc. I can look deeper in your case if you want me to, but you'll need to fill me up with your habits ;)

Both should make your penis bigger (ofcourse it takes time..) There are specific execises that could help making your penis bigger.. Oh and dont eat raw egg white, it severely damages your ability ;) Digestive system problems mainly focuses on Fibre, Vitamin B, and Protein. Fibre comes from all kinds of vegetables and fruit.. If you want to effectively absorb "good" fibre, heres what you should do while cooking - Wash vegetables/fruits no longer than 1minute - Try to eat vegetables raw if possible. If you do need to cook them.. cook no longer than 1minute. DO NOT BOIL VEGES! Reason: when vegetables/fruits come in contact with water, many nutrients are "gone" to the water.. If you're not looking into supplement, then you can obtain B12 from liver (lamb's liver being the best) and kidneys. You can also obtain it from eggs, cheese and some kinds of fish (but they only supply a small amount). Protein!     @TheAafg well im not that macho in real life so i cant really tell you how to go macho with experience but i do know that in order to lose weight, you first need to eat because if you dont eat -> you dont get enough energy to burn off the weight -> you actually end up gaining weight so its more like... eating just enough and make sure you do enough exercise to burn off the weight try eating more for your breakfast, and dont eat a lot during dinner treat your breakfast as your main meal and dinner as your snack/small meal also, drink protein shakes in the morning and/or eat boiled eggs, as how your day starts really depends on how much protein you take in the morning (but ofcourse that doesnt mean you should take as much protein as you can in the morning etc..) Frog~ p.s. yep you get a low-quality response because i pulled all-nighter haha :P

    @Tentcell2 well first you need to find out whats really causing the problem you sleep late? how long do you sleep? whats your eating habit? are you someone that easily gets sick? hows your toilet experience? basically anything above (or some that i might have missed) can be the cause of your problem. review those questions, and let me know ;)

    Im telling you..there has to be kind of other remedy that isnt Googleable that you know of.. Ive been eating stuff that Ive normally eaten. Other thing is..idk if my metabolism is slow, or fast, cause im DAMN sure its not inbetween. It takes like 3 days for my food to process and then shit, but I never get fat. Like Ive been eating TWICE as much as I normally do. Ive been eating later at night and fattening fooods..and Im actually LOSING weight. Like wtf?

    looks like we're the same lol, despite how many meals a day you won't get fat XD back in highschool I eat 6 times a day but still skinny, so it doesn't matter as long as you are healthy, and if someone hates you of what you look then tell them to go f*** themselves :)

    I sleep generally from 12pm- 1pm to 9-10am. I generally skip breakfast, or lunch either or. I usually only eat 2 meals a day, just for the fact im not hungry. I never really get sick. I get sick maybe once a year, and thats either like a one day stomach flu, or really bad sinuses. And by toilet experiences im guessing you mean how many times I go? Lol i generally go 2 times a day, and the consistansy is ususally small balls, or you know the log. I am a very active person, and am a frequent runner.

    ate chicken breast + beef + egg whites + worked out hard everyday, I do 40 ~60 mins of cardio every other day, my pecs got kinda bigger, I can do 40 pushups, but my tummy is still big. Sucks that my metabolism returned to its original pace. Last year I ate w/e I want and I still got a flat tummy, but last summer(2 mos) I just ate and ate and ate and no workout and all the fat went to my tummy. So is cardio the only thing I could do to burn it? does eating food with high protein make my stomach bigger? tnx
