I can't see for sure but those don't look like middle spreads... I think they are .5 middle spreads... -

It doesn't matter how many revolutions it does in the air...
-

its AT LEAST .5 revolutions. doesnt have to be more. read the definition of a spread.

isn't a spread supposed to have 1 aerial rev?
-
Date: Tue, Jun 14 2011 23:00:18
No. At least 0.5 revolutions. "A Spread is an aerial trick in which the pen is tapped towards one end, causing the pen to spin (at least) 0.5 revolutions in the air before either being caught or transitioning to another Spread. Spreads can be done with fingers 1, 2, 3, and 4. The pen does not go around any of the fingers; it simply is an aerial and is always tapped from the palm side of the hand. The aerial spin can either be horizontal or vertical." (http://www.upsb.info/wiki/index.php?title=Spread)

go for appeal and aesthetics rather then sheer number, spreads only look good to me with a palm perpendicular to the floor.

I know they aren't aerials, but there is a certain amount of air time that goes with an attractive spread. -

Even his had a degree of aerial. It wasnt like Ktrinhs spreads, but he had a very small bit of air time. -
