Presentation / Should I run thru a mental plan for all of my spinning before i perform/record?

    yeah, I read about studies that support that. Also you will be spinning with a plan, and not just free styling so you can cut out spam and what not while thinking about it, instead of having it crop up unexpectedly. Good idea.

    if you spin with a plan, you'll have probably planned a combo to be executed, if you dont, then you are freestyling

    I've read something about a study done on two groups of basketballers. Both are of equal skill, but one group physically practises shots everyday for a fortnight, while the other group pictures perfect three pointers everyday for a fortnight as well. The results were surprising, the one mentally preparing themselves actually did as well as, if not better than the group that practises everyday physically.

    thats not the same it would be more like going over plays mentally rather than practicing them its not about practicing a move

    i normally have an idea of a plan... sometimes in school i write down my breakdown on a paper and i look at it over and over and finally execute it

    you couldnt pass of the combo as a FS if you did. FS are spur of the moment combos.
