    My teacher loves it when i book spin because he likes to try to knock it out my hand before we enter class. Can anyone else here book spin? I think its a great exercise for each finger because you can change the weight of the book just by simply finding a thicker book

    Eternal has a tutorial on it. I remember when I was like in 5th grade people had started doing that. Never got the hang of it :P

    I can spin books pretty well. At the beginning it's hard and you don't know what to do that the book rotates. But if you get the technique once it's not very hard anymore. If I want I can spin for half an hour or so, but after 10 minutes it gets boring, haha. It's very fun if you release the book, catch it and continue rotating.

    That's exactly what it is. I recently discovered the connection this manip shares with dough tossing. (pizza dough spinning) Same manip in concept except one is rigid and the other is flexible, much like the connection between poi and staff... Very interesting imo... :)

    I've seen this guy spinnig his binder on the bus. It was epic. I wanted to do it but I failed and all my stuff fell out.

    Oh nice. I'm still practicing spinning with the other hand. You look into the camera like "Tell me I'm doing that well or I swear I'll kill you!!" lol.

    Lol i can aerial a book while spinning it. And can do "haitua" with it. lol. trying to spin books with both hands

    I tried it because it sounded funny. :D it's not that difficult to do it on one finger but I can't switch very well.

    Ohh i can do that, what you do is practice spinning with a pillow until you can move to a book

    My brother does that with paper. Like laminated paper. I tried it. I got the hang of it for a little bit but I don't usually have paper around so I never got that into doing it.

    i also spin my book.i spin it outside in(anticlockwise) and inside out(clockwise) but i more familiar with clockwise cause i first practice with clockwise. which side are you spin?

    I've always wanted to learn how to spin a book... But everytime I try it spins out of control Dx Is it like spinning a basketball? Maybe I just lack talent...
