I'm not sure exactly but I think that it's Wiper [23-palm] [4 fingers curled inward touching palm] {from top (tip upward)} 180° down so that the tip is toward the ground} > ~[34-palm] ⇐ optional This trick can be [12-23], [23-34], [12-12], [23-23], [34-34] You can keep the wiper on the same finger (and palm) or shift down to another finger ⇐ easier I know it's hard to explain but just watch some of Rex's videos and you'll understand... @V-Storm [EDIT]: nvm

Rex did it (the first time he did it I believe) at 0:16 I think the name rexaround is going around Me doing the trick cont. I borke it down as FL. TA TF-P1234 ~ FL. Inverse Sonic Rev. TF-P1234. It starts in the TF position (palm down) with majority of the pen on the palm side of the TF slot. You let gravity do its work and the pen will moment around the thumb. As the pen drops, you turn your hand 90 degrees (your 123 and 4 fingers will turn from pointing to the sky to pointing inward to your other hand) and the pen will go around your thumb by about 180 degrees (Hence FL. TA TF). At that instant you catch the pen with P1234 in an inverse sonic rev like motion (Hence FL. Inverse Sonic Rev. TF-P1234) Its actually a very easy trick to do.

its an fingerless palmdown ta 0.5 with a catch with fingers turning in a clockwise direction

This trick does not go around the thumb, not even .5, the rotation is only on the palm. For better understanding, I usually tell people wristaround motion + palmspin .5

kin does it in his first round, in the breakdowns it is named "rex flourish" I also do it in this vid near the end before the fl ta rev : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtT1ledaI0A

I've been breaking it down as FL. TA (Palm Down) [p] ~ Inverse Sonic Rev. [s] [c] TF-P1234. The reason why I say its an FL. TA as a push is because FL can be used to describe the trick being done but in another form so even though the pen does not go around the thumb the starting is still an different way of doing an TA palm down. I guess using sidespin 0.5 would be a more descriptive way of naming it. The catch is an inverse sonic rev catch at P1234 which can explain taichi's special "hand movement explanation". No need for a new name it can be BDed!

why not thumbswivel rev ?

38. askdafudgecicle

i think of this as an inverse twisted cobra bite tf-p1234.... or inverse swivel reverse tf-1234... or fl inv rev sonic tf-1234... idk if thats correct

I learnt this trick from another spinner in real life. I start my Rex Tricks from the opposite side of the pen where you would do a Thumbflap Charge Rev. You kinda wanna twist your hand so the back of your hand faces your face. Pen kinda glides on the inside of your thumbflap and you wanna grab it with the rest of your hand to catch it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong thanks.

In a sense, this looks like a Twisted Cobra Bite but to me it looks kinda like Antigravity Reverse TP-P ~ some trick but it also kinda looks like a fancy wiper/sidespin thing. Kind of like Palm down Sidespin T1 > wiper P1 or something like that. I'm terrible at notating so I apologize if that's all wrong.

Eruption wrote: how do i get the 0.5 revs?
The rotation kinda comes from releasing the pen. For example, take your pen and hold in a fist with your palm up. Now, release your grip very quickly and completely and move your hand slightly up. Youll do an inverse shadow. Now do it palm down with a rex trick look. Thats how you get the rotation.

48. Bill
Date: Sat, Oct 15 2011 21:53:25

If you don't let go of the pen during the trick you end up doing a fingerless antigrav TA rev, in the same sense that if you don't let go of a neobak you end up just doing a backaround. So with this reasoning I'd say it's an antigrav neobak TF-P1234

well for all those questions for rex trick out there well i'm pretty sure when they also name is as fingerless thumb charge reverse is for a reason, and that's cause you do a fingerless thumb charge and continue that motion of the pen and the easier way to complete it is to grab the pen palm down after fingerless thumb charge then slightly kinda throw it up then grab it in T1 but the thing is, the pens has to rotate .5 in palm or air then the grab and after that just simply continue your combo

a charge with a 0.5 rotation on the back or the palm of the and is a shadow or a inverse shadow respectively. That will change the trick from a conic to a topspin. so a FL. charge rev TF. with a 0.5 rotation is no longer a conic but a topspin IE Palmdown Sidespin 0.5
