Spammer's Bin / red screen windows 7

my laptop's only for vista but since we got it reformatted the dudes turned it to windows 7, and ever since it was windows 7, this red screen has always been appearing upon turning the power on
i just press 0 and enter , everything works fine but it's annoying -.- I've searched on google and they said that the hard drive is probably loose(the dudes who fixed my laptop changed the hard drive), so is it best that I get an external, transfer all files, then have them put back the hard drive secure?
if nothing works, fuck it, I need a PC -

search in uninstall/install for grub and uninstall it? im not sure if anything happens im not responsible

"we got it reformatted the dudes turned it to windows 7" suggests some1 else did it, he clearly thought it was a good idea to load a boot program onto it... just gives u a bit more customization... it's not a standard W7 thing. essentially u want to uninstall it ur looking for something like grub or grub4dos it wont break the comp

problem is PN, that IS grub4dos... I use linux / WIn 7 and have Grub, and it's great. Just look up how to set the timeout to like 1s and you'l be fine

grub4dos disable google it why are you fully shutting down a laptop anyway, set it to hibernate or sleep
