They are called Baoding Balls. But, most people around here call them Chinese Stress Balls. It is pretty much contact juggling. I want to get a set if anyone can recommend a store or a place to buy them that would be awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyMXsvBwHKQ

It is contact juggling, just a lot harder cause of less surface area. You can find them at random malls. You could also try google, cause usually you don't find local juggling stores in the US. =/

in most chinatowns you can find this, there about 6 usd for 2, and normall i just palmspin withthem and nuthing else

I found some at a "Hippy" store in the mall, they called them chinese medicine balls. The chimes are not that great. I really wanted some made of solid stone. I paid 8 bucks.
