Pen Modifications / Dr. Grip experiment

Okay...this post is similar to Orange Dr. Grip grips! by @Fail which you might want to read... I am trying different ink colors (red, blue, purple, green, etc.) and seeing if there are other results than gold... If u would like to help out and send feedback that would be cool, just try colors and show the results thanx right now im testing purple

I dont think it will work because the grip is taking in a part of the ink. Its not taking in the actual color compound from the ink. So unless it is made from different compounds, it wont change too much

you might want to use fountain pen ink instead. Gel and oil ink uses suspended pigment, while water-based ink is actually dissolved dye. BIG DIFFERENCE

Guys we should really give credit to Guitrum and he is the first one as far as I know who did this. But yeah I'm curious to see the color results from various inks.

white=impossible color any doctor grips by taking a large sharpie. Take the fuzz out of the middle of the marker after taking apart. Squeeze all ink out into cut off hotel shampoo container. Dilute with a little water. Pop in grip. Wait a day or two. Voila, grips dyed any color. It works. fades after a really long time. but meh, still cool.

Some people say bleach + grey anyballs works but it won't be completely white.

@yeti im used to using them on tornado caps the grips are thick on tornado caps i just dont like the feel sailor grips are good jap dr.grip shaker grips are great airblanc grip is amzing

i did this, it worked perfectly, i used black ink, i made a minwoo mod with the grips

why dont you just easily put dr grip grips over anyball and soak it in hot water,wait for a week. seriously it work. my old dr grip are now magenta because i made a ballsign with pink anyball and after a week it turn magenta. and i was like "what kind of sorcery is this?!" i don't realy like colored dr grip it look weird IMO
