Off-topic / Anime Expo 2011 in LA

July 1st-4th at the LA convention center is the annual anime expo. I've kinda been waiting to see if anyone else would make a thread and I searched it up but no one did so I made one :P Mainly I just wanted to see if anyone from UPSB is going considering that several people here watch anime and live in Socal. I bought a 4 day ticket around New Year's before the prices went up. You can still buy tickets if you want to go. For those who are too lazy to look, prices are currently $50 for 1 day $60 for 2 days $70 for 4 days $140 for premier fan package thingy http://www.anime-expo.org/ Here is the official website with details about events and everything. Some of the sections don't have any info yet tho >_> If anyone decides to go me and knightpal will be there for 4 days :P

:O Hatsune Miku will be making her American debut during anime expo at the nokia theater on July 2nd!! It's gonna be similar to the vocaloid concerts that are held in Japan. I'm so down for this~
