    Dong-A used to distribute Computer Sign Pens all over western nations and then this particular video got a lot of attention in Asia, especially Korea. So Dong-A simply marketed the pens as "Sagan Pen" and focused on the Korean market. But their accent done too thick so sagan -> sign eventually.
