apparently an unverified account has a maximum spending limit of $100 and that's it. It doesn't reset monthly so I've basically got around 50 bucks that i can't use <_<

idk, i'd think that would still count as sending money and my remaining sending limit is $27.82 USD i was gonna buy something on amazon just to use it up but apparently amazon doesn't accept paypal :facepalm: the best thing i can think of doing right now is just to withdraw the money as a check and ask my brother to cash it in for me =/

That's odd. Philippine Paypal accts have a sending limit of approximately 520USD. O.o and I have 430USD spending limit left.

I do not like paypal. I got charged 5 bucks. And i can't use it. I tried again and again but still I can't access it. 5 bucks was not that bad though. So i win. >:D

you dont need to open your own bank account. get one opened under your parents (something your parents would do with you), a "custodian account", as its called. i'm surprised you dont have a bank account lol .___.
