Sony has some bad news for PSN users, confirming that nine days ago PSN personal information is "believed" to be in the hands of an "unauthorized person." I don't think it would be a good idea to sue sony, seeing that it wasn't their fault for this

You cant really sue Sony, because its your decision to put your information into the server. Its what happens when you provide personal details for free service. PrinceXD

Of course you can sue, you gave your information under the understanding that it would not be given to anyone else. It is Sony's responsibility to keep that information secure.

They could add a line in their ToC stating "your personal data is not safe with us, you inputting your own data is your risk" No one will realize :P PrinceXD
