    Sony has some bad news for PSN users, confirming that nine days ago PSN personal information is "believed" to be in the hands of an "unauthorized person." I don't think it would be a good idea to sue sony, seeing that it wasn't their fault for this

    Of course you can sue, you gave your information under the understanding that it would not be given to anyone else. It is Sony's responsibility to keep that information secure.
