Hella is a classical distinction between the cool and un-cool. you don't have to deal with getting to know a person to find out where they're from. Just creeper listen for them to drop a "hella" and you know automatically that that person is amazing and you should get to know them right away.

SF is nice in the summer because it's right next to the ocean. Sit in the valley and it reaches 95 every day (which is still pretty decent for summer). 'frisco is like the exception of exceptions when it comes to weather.
