ps3 cuz in PH if you have an x box no one would be amazed if you have 20 games cuz fakes work on 360, while on PS3 only orig copies work, so if you have a Ps3 and have like 20 games you're rich lol each game costs like $50~$60 here -.-

Xbox for sure. The only bonuses with the PS3 are 1) Free online & 2) Internet. In general, I prefer the xbox. If they used the two above features aswell, then it would be almost perfect.

Depending on what type of person you are, you may like different consoles. PS3 does have a better performance but i find the games availible for ps3 kind of lame the only upside to an xbox is the large amount of people that you could play with online. I personally have a ps3, i like it but i just dont like the variety of games to choose from in the ps3 section.

@eriror so youre saying tekken 3 is better than tekken 6? graphics MATTER gta SA is a lot better than gta 4 though despite the graphics but gta 4 looks better because gta sa has shit graphics compared to gta 4

I never played Tekken, but I presume they also strive to improve gameplay instead of just graphics. -

yup but graphics definitely matter...dragon age 2 failed imo...the main char looked so cool in the trailer but looked like trailer park trash in the game wth he looks like iShatonu in game lol

graphics in the NES and Nintendo 64 were shit, but people still love it to this day. for god's sake the wii has shitty graphics but people still buy/play it.

Games should concentrate on improving gameplay before graphics :/ I mean, CS: S doesn't have great graphics Much better than the shovelware people have been making like Homefront

Pft my favorite games are all for super nintendo and normal playstation. Perfect of examples that graphics don't matter would be the FF series. The first 1-8 or some say 1-10 were all good / decent but the recent ones have sucked even though graphics are better. Gameplay is >>>> Graphics. I prefer PS3 but then again. PS3 is geared more towards adults with the bluray player, free online play, and etc etc.

personally I prefer gameplay before graphics, still sitting and playing some NES and SNES games from time to time, I would also take mario for the gameboy, love to speedrun through those games, especially metroid, since they even got hidden routes made for speedruns :3

360: BETTER Online (You get what you pay for) Usually the best performance out of multi-platform games (framerates/distance drawing/etc.) XBL Party system. (Being able to chat during any game/movie with friends or watch a movie with them). Does not have Gran Turismo 5 and blu-ray. (I honestly do not care about blu-ray. I never buy movies...ever.) PS3 Free online (which is pure shit by the way. Ask any SSF4 player -_- ) Blu-ray A few great exclusive titles. Uncharted and Gran Turismo. Killzone looks good, but the gameplay is mediocre. Potentially better graphics. Only the few exclusives push the hardware sadly. More bang for your $$$

RROD 2. xbox live aint free ps3 1. free online play 2. no RROD what hinders me: 1. not as many people as xbox 2. controller lol so ya. decisions...... also what are your thoughts on KINECT and PS3 Move? perhaps i should wait for next gen xbox and ps3? but i hear ps4 is coming out in like late 2012 -_-

If you would like to argue on the topic of graphics, I would just like to point out that next gen (ps3, xbox 360) games really haven't improved since last gen in terms of graphics. All developers really do is add a shit load of dynamic lighting and all these frilly as fuck glows around all the models.
