General Discussion / Have any of you dropped a pen so much that it cracked/broke?

So it seems kinda unlikely but has anyone ever dropped a pen so much that it cracked? if yes which mod and how, so I can avoid it please

Erm..Depends on the pen mod, if it's an RSVP mod, like an RSVP MX, then it might crack if you drop it enough and hard enough.

My first MX broke at the back cap. The threads just snapped off the body and were stuck in the back cap and I couldn't repair it. However, this wasn't completely from dropping it a lot. I also forced the cap onto the back of the MX a bit because it was loose so probably those two things combined broke it. But ever since, I've owned MXs and they haven't broken yet. Most of the time, though, I spin a buster which just takes the impact on the airfit tips which cause them to close in a little bit.

Metallic Comssas tend to break from the HGG tip screwed into the cap, and the HGG tip may break off the comssa cap, so you'd have to buy a new one... Be careful ^^

I've dropped my metallic comssa so much that two of the o-rings have come off so I'm sad D: but that doesn't really count. I dropped an mx a few times and the part where you screw on the back plug cracked then after I dropped it again it broke :(

I dropped mine a lot but it just got a whole bunch of little indentations in the caps, I also had put dr. grips on it plus g2 grips so when it touches the ground nothing happens to it -

I broke an RSVP V1 and a comssa cap. I'm going to hollow the comssa cap for a Nachaddict MP probably.

@Enigmatic Considering its extremely heavy weight, the buster CYL is pretty sturdy. I was a buster noob back then and I kept dropping mine so much; it survived but the tips kinda got damaged. But my RSVP cap cracked before from constantly dropping it.

My Metal Comssa dropped a lot, and it was previously owned by Wonder, and there's nothing much on it besides a small shallow crack and rather dirty. I guess the grips absorbs the impact.

i've been spinning buster cyl and other similar ST/cyl variations with comssa backplug for over 2 years, and that has never happened Oo" xD (yet? lol) although the airfit tips are really dented/scratched, the tip 'holes' are starting to close hehe never had any rsvp-body mod break, but then again i don't spin them much outside of my desk -

My f1r3fly g3 mod's g3 cap cracked a little bit. You gotta be careful when you spin a mod with g3 cap.

I had that happen on my Seven mod, the Jimnie cap is stuck fairly tight on the G3 body, so it ended up cracking. The G2 part of a firefly cracked too at one point.

I bent my super pirat body in my pocket and cracked a 094 cap, but I glued it and touch wood it will stay :/ Thats all from my waterfall mod..

The tip of my metallic comssa broke off with the circular thing in the comssa cap when I dropped it. I tried fixing it with superglue but it still kept breaking off after a drop.

The jimnie and hyperjell are from a SEVEN G3 and the Moonz is from an MX. -

Almost all of the mods are quite durable and not easy to be broken ... My personal mod was once run over by a motorcycle and all the sequence was that it had a crack in its body The next time it was crashed by a taxi and another crack took place ... its body was bent But it was still usable xD And that's a Supertips body =))

i did not drop a pen to make it crack i was spinning my G2-E2B mod and it made a *krak* noise -.- it was my second day using the mod, i havent even spun the pen more than 1 hour

I keep all of my mods safe. None have broken. However a friend's Buster CYL broke in half after lunch at KFC. He suspects someone kicked his bag. Lol o.o

I have been spinning Guitrum's RSVP MX RT for my whole PSing experience. I guess I must've dropped it like hell, so the cap blew up like fuck I superglued all the pieces together, and it blew up even more a month later. I was like "FUCK YOU BIATCH" 'drop' 'stomp'

ZGMX mods are somewhat weak compared. My first one broke in a week, clean in half.

I noticed a little crack on my personal supertip mod. If you want to avoid cracks then you should spin over your bed or a carpet.

I dropped a Buster CYL on a tile floor while standing and a cap cracked. Man that sucked, I had to go dig for a replacement cap then move the tip and grip onto it.
