    USPS is removing some weight classes. So sending 1-2 pens is same price as sending 4-5 pens starting on sunday. basically they are getting rid of 1 oz 2 oz and other package sizes and putting it together in like a 1-4 oz is same so you will be paying more if you send just a few things so get it done before sunday.

    keep in mind that the post office is in a 2 billion dollar hole so expect it to get more expensive /worse in the future not better
