I recently ordered from PDS and there were a couple of mistakes in the order. I informed them about it but they still haven't replied yet. I decided to ask around to see whether PDS was trustworthy or not but I've gotten differing opinions so I decided to make a thread about it. Please do post if you have ordered from them and whether or not they can be trusted. Thanks!

they are typically okay but unless you are a long time shopper feedback is slow. If you made a large order then they will typically fix mistakes but it it's a small order and not that significant, sometimes it gets brushed aside. Atleast that's what they tell me. English is an issue as well as they don't understand very basic english. if you have an issue send me a PM and I'll try to get in contact with him. no need for a pole. everyshop will have it's ups and downs
