Ok, this 9 weeks, i got 2 C+. 1 A, and 3 B's. My mother FLIPPED recently. I must lower her expectations some way or i will move out in with my dad's ( his house is shit IMO).

I see through that troll attempt but I'll respond anyways: Not every Asian with good grades gets a good job. As far as I hear the job situation in the U.S. is pretty shitty and a lot of people can enjoy their framed degree after they finished working their 2nd minimum wage job for the day to pay for rent & ramen. Sure you can become a doctor, they're always needed but not everyone wants to be a doctor, it's a disgusting job. Sure you can become a teacher, they're always needed too but you earn little money and chances are you get into a shit school and teach assholes.

You do realize railing almost anything will give you a better feeling then a 6 figure salary will. Do you know how much stress you need to take on to get those kinds of jobs? Those 6 figure salaries are pretty damn rare too, there is no guarantee you'll get one. Money isn't everything. Its impossible to say what choice in life is better or not.

I agree. Unless I got a ridiculously large amount of money I'd prefer being happy with a decent salary, than depressed and with regrets with a better salary. -

My dad expects me to get all A's. I haven't gotten a single A overall since i started highschool. I'm grade 10 now. School costs $1,800, a term now. My dad still puts up with it because he believes i can do better.

public school is just as good, any real learning in a subject will be with self study and the school as a supplement anyway -

Depends on what area the public school is in, a public school in Beverly Hills is going to be better than one in Compton or East LA.
