Ya. My American History Teacher sometimes yells at me and tells me to stop "pen twirling". He once even called it "Baton twirling". They don't rly do anything about it tho.

Do what I do, make a school mod. Him is just a simple signo tipped comssa, nothing that I would fret over too much if I lost it. If anything just make a new mod and don't bring your best to school. Anyway NONE of my teachers care about me pen spinning, though for some reason I got asked randomly in the hall to "do [my] pencil trick". It was random and creepy.

My teacher's policy with my penspinning crap is that my mods MUST be able to write. SO, once i get my metallic comssa retractable, its gonna be my school mod. For now, i use my modded Dr KT so i can uncap to write. That way none of my mods get taken away. Otherwise i use an MX.

Solution: 1. Buy 100 Bic Round Stics 2. Make 50 Bictories 3. Put all said Bictories in a box, place that box in your back pack. 4. Start spinning a Bictory in class. 5. When your teacher takes that one away, pull out another. 6. Repeat steps 4&5 as needed. All credits to K4S.

hey where do you live? where i live, it is illegal for a teacher to confscate an undangerous/threataning/illegal item for more than a month, they took my bictory signo tipped, but, they lost it so i told them it cost 10 dolalrs, hahah profit of like 7 dollars

Just bring a normal MX or a metallic comssa. So if you lose those, you can just buy another one. (since its cheap) :p

i spin an MX in class, because it looks like a real pen. then my teachers are like, "ill take that" and im like "this is a writing utensil" and then they dont take it. one of my teachers actually did take my retractable metal comssa for a class though, cause its obviously not a normal pen. she gave it back though.

Well, did your teacher give you any warnings about spinning it before? Either way, Im pretty sure she shouldnt be able to take your pen from you. Try asking her once more, and if she still wont give it back, talk to the adminstration.
