It does make a difference, and im not just saying it cause im english. If they had given the goal as it should have been given, I mean come on, thats undisputable, then it would have affected the whole of the moral of both teams. This now affects how they play the rest of the game, so yes it does make a difference -

Agreed. The outcome could have been different with them tied because Germany would have been under pressure and everything could have come out differently. I was rooting for Germany that game but I still believe both teams should be treated fairly, in any game. -

They just do it every time, come out of nowhere, with players who are alright but not great when playing for their clubs, but then play ten times better for the national team.

missed all of the round of 16 and quaters because i was on holiday.... sad japan did well to hold on to paraguay though (only saw the score, so i dont have much to go by) spain vs germany will be a good game i'm hoping that spain will win, but germany have been supremely good for the whole tornament
