It's one month already since [B]@shoeman6[/B] has been evaluated, so it is time for him to pass the public re-evaluation. Please no flaming, post comments / feedback if you wish so. Remember that while the results of the poll are of great importance, the rest of the moderating staff have the final say on the decision.

Alright,I say make him a full moderator. People don't like him (generally) you know why? cause he actually cares if you break the rules or not. He doesn't ignore it when people break rules. He does his job respectfully and honestly. Sometimes yes, its a little frustrating when he catches you flaming or breaking the rules, but he works hard. I say full mod. :thumb:

I don't think you should get a say in this process, at all. Anyways, I think that shoeman has def. improved. He does care about the rules, as TheAafg pointed out, but sometimes, I do question his sense of maturity. -

@Jan. If you read the rules redirects are spam. I appreciate the helpful posts so I don't mark infractions against it, but they are deleted to reduce clutter.

^^ see what I said? Jan just gave a perfect example of it. 7 people posted on this thread, 6 of them said grant full mod status. 3 people voted to strip mod powers. Those 3 people, I can almost say surely are spammers or are people who regularly break the rules. They want shoeman gone so that they can be free to do as they please. <_< shoeman is a mod = upsb is safe shoeman is not a mod = upsb is unsafe -

the results are similar to iMatt and shoeman6 has done a very serious job since he's been here. We can ill afford to lose him at this moment.
