What's going on everyone.. At the time of this post I will be the Noobest guy on this Forum... I've seen a few people spinning before but I never knew how big the Spinning community actually is. One simple trip to Google and that open up a whole new appreciation for Spinning. Anyways... I'm from San Diego, Cali but I'm currently in Tikrit, Iraq until August of this year. Hope to learn how to do a little spinning since all I have out here is Time. Well Thanks for the posters who have shared this wealth of info for others to learn.

NAH im out of High School. Graduated in 2001 lmao.. but im a total noob at this but im extatic to see how big spinning is!!!...
