Hi UPSB spinners! Just thought I'd post my first mod =========================== Name: G2-E COG=COP (i think) Length: About 20cm Writing-Mechanism: Retractable Ink-Type: G2 ink Estimated-Cost: SGD $6 =========================== Materials List: 2x G2 1x Bic Round Stic (BRS) Optional: Tape ===========================

Tutorial:
Step 1: Gather your materials
Step 2: See the pic for what you need
Step 3: Cut the G2 body right where the clicking part ends. File down if needed

Step 4:Insert Bic Round Stic grip into your cut G2 barrel
Step 5: Remove ink from one of the G2 barrels.Cut it down to about 6cm(does not need to be exact).
Step 6: Assemble in this order:
G2 uncut barrel>cut G2 inktube>BRS Grip>cut G2 barrel>uncut G2 inktube>Spring>bottom G2 piece
Congratz! You are now the proud owner of a G2-E!

Q&A
Q: Is it insertable?
A: Yes, just put the paper insert into the BRS grip.
Q: Does it rattle when spinning?
A: Nope, unless you cut the G2 inktube wrongly
Q: Help! The top G2 part wont fit into the Bic Round Stic Grip!
A: Just add about 1cm(height) of tape to it for it to fit. -

um its not. he used a hi tec c tip and did not cut the g2 and does not use a bic round stick grip to attach them together. -

lol, did something similar with 2 G2's and a random commercial lead pen as connector, mine doesn't have the clip left though, theres a grip there instead >.<

Just wrap a small section sticky side down on the BRSG so it becomes thicker -

It's too thick to fit. I have tried for half an hour to push the grip in but it won't.

okkkk... well actually i used a 5cm tall tape. the length should just be enough to cover the whole BRSG. -

Try ballpoint ink, like Profile or something I'm a lefty and gel ink smears, so I have Profile ink in my G2. -

I find that, if you have trouble inserting the BRS grip into the front part of the pen, using a file to sand the inside of the barrel works. Doesn't look good, but works. Great mod, and inexpensive to make too!

first of all, great job c: in America, (or at least in SoCal) there are like only three usable modding pens, which are RSVP's, G2's, and the Bic Super Grip, so coming up with a mod that uses these parts is much appreciated in SoCal lol. Especially since everyone I know has G2's and BSG's, I've been making these for like a month now lol, making a fortune off these kids LOL jk. Also, I have like 50 G2 pens in a shoebox, cus I just find em everywhere at school and I have no idea what to do with them, cus not many mods use G2 grips or parts haha, but with this mod tut, I finally have a use for those G2 pens lol. a side note: the BSG grip will fit into the cut barrel, and it will help if you sand down the inside with a file or something.

For those of you who want a simpler version, if anyone, i can deliver. I made a mod very similar to this that has the same appeal. If anyone wants it just pm me or give a visitor message or reply to this post. It's pretty easy and requires little modding experience. I think this will be good for people living in the us and/or are noobs. Anyway great mod just hate the barrel cutting of the g2. I am still trying to develop my V,2 version of mine. Won't release it untill all the kinks are fixed. :) Regards Zen
