Or you could draw it out and scan it. Touch it up with paint or artrage or whatever.

how do u do it with paint?... its so hard to use and the mouse always messes up when u try to make straight lines...

i am a sig maker ;) u can use photoshop or if u want free one, use paint.net there are some tutorials on deviantart and u can go to sig forums like www.vibrantfx.net or www.fringefx.net (sorry i link to other pages :()

usually it is best to use programs with layers. Two i can think of are paint.net and photoshop. I think sumo paint too but i never liked it.

I use Gimp to make mine. They usually end up pretty good. I quite like this one ive got =P

I used paint.net before then changed to photoshop. Paint.net is good but photoshop is better.
