Over the following few days we will be testing the use of a[B] Spammer's Box[/B] tab in the shoutbox. The new [B]Spammer's Box[/B] tab has been opened to all members (all members) to provide a place for off topic shouts and shoutbox spam. All inappropriate shouts belong in the [B]Spammer's Box[/B] tab and any out of place shouts found in the [B]General[/B] tab will result in a ban from the shoutbox. While the [B]Spammer's Box[/B] tab will be more relaxed in terms of moderation, shoutbox rules still apply. The availability of this tab will be evaluated over the following days and the [B]Spammer's Box[/B] tab may or may not be temporary. [B]Examples of shouts which belong in the Spammer's Box tab:[/B] Excessive cussing. Suggestive language. Disruptive behavior. Immature behavior. Spam. [B] Examples of content not allowed anywhere in the shoutbox:[/B] Porn Gore Shock Disturbing content Illegal/illicit materials Warez Abuse of the [B]Spammer's Box[/B] tab will result in a shoutbox ban. - UPSB Staff Update: Now whenever you are in the Spammer's Bin you can have two shoutbox instances open (two shoutboxes) So you can have parallel discussions in the Spammer's Box and the General Tab without constantly switching through tabs. Remember you can change the size of your shoutbox through your control panel settings. (there is also a link to option on the shoutbox) Update2: The spammer's box is now in the spammer's bin (go to the spammer's bin to see what we mean!) Also, all users have access to the spammer's box now! :]

@TheAafg no you don't have to stay on topic, you just can't post anything that might be somewhat against the rules general conversation should still happen there, kinda like off topic vs spammers bin

Well this morning it was "Spammers Box" so I said on the shoutbox that it should be changed :X it's still not correct lol @strat1227 Pandora is 1 person, hence her own personal box.

Update: Colors and fonts have been added to the Spammer's Box. Also a reminder. Please keep inappropriate discussion and spam in the Spammer's Box, you WILL receive infractions and/or be banned from the shoutbox if you don't.

Okai once and for all it's spammer's box the apostrophe showing ownership of the box by spammers no apostrophe there because i did not put box after spammers anyway i have twenty posts and i don't see the spammer's box. Help?

ok here's how it works the "general" in Shoutbox and the "general" in Spammer's box are different chatrooms use them independently according to their purpose.

This is already true. See, Im so used to just blatantly blabbing shit in the GENERAL sb, because there was only ONE SB. Long story short, get rid of it. thanks -

its a good idea to have a different section for off topic talking because new spinners get flamed a lot but no one wants to go to the spammers bin and then talk, if it was made easier to access maybe just maybe people will start using it. I don't really know how to make it easier to access :/ but yea that seems to be the problem.
