its no secret that the deep west [like california] is where most pen spinners are, due to the large asian community.. but what about the south? the north? not a place you'd expect to find spinners but i think it can work to make a short collab since it's really starting to pick up in these states for example, i live in alabama. i honestly think im the only PSer in the whole state :XD: but we'll have to see about that..

mmm for this u need to explain a little more and also give the audience some info, such as DUE DATE, LENGTH OF VIDEO/COMBO, THEME (if there is any). So you want only Southern OR the whole state of California? or anyone from anywhere?

anything but keep it under 15-20 seconds really im not gonna be strict how many southern spinners could there be? and no not california, the states that were in the confederacy were what i was thinking... the 'true south' -

I'm sorry Escorpio but California has nothing to do with the South. He's talking like east of the Mississippi, below... I want to say Virginia, but I think they were considered the South too...
