Pen Spinning Relations / PSA Live Meetings

The PSA would like to encourage live meetings between pen spinners. For assessment, competition and fun. What would be the best way to do this? For example: PSA could use funds from membership to help pay transport for high level members to meet up. PSA could use membership funds to help pay transport for people in a given area to meet up. PSA could use membership funds to fund a competition, held in person. Other ideas?

Funding members to meet up would be really expensive considering that the members are from all over the world. Perhaps You could fund specific high level member to go to already organised gatherings.
