Well the Association would have members. Members would have to pay to become members. It would have assessments for people to obtain pen spinning levels. Tournaments with prizes (perhaps cash, perhaps pens, maybe even gift vouchers for PenwisH). Tutorials? Many many things, everything an association could possibly offer. However, I see several threads coming from this one topic. Membership fees, tournament fees, tournament prizes, levels tricks/combos/hybrids discussion, board members, member numbers, member benfits etc etc. It's going to be a heck of topic. So it needs its own space.

this sounds exactly what PSR is for. make a project and create threads for different topics
