Will the "spinning effect" of your pen mod effect your overall presentation in a combo? In other words, can the color effect when your pen is spun boost or shoot down your overall appearance/presentaion? I think it may help. It makes the movements of your pen more noticeable and makes your spinning look cooler. One such mod that does this very well is the kuzu g3 mod: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vR49-j5MlaE&feature=related

White mods on black surface look very good. I like the look of tape cuts, such as Nz's tournament video. Having stripes on the end of a white mod also make it look good, in my opinion, like Supawit127.

Well, a buster doesn't have to be white, or have stripes. Any white mod works.

since nobodys answered your original question, yes. If your pen has a nice spinning effect if can make your spinning look more stylish/appealing. Although, if your spinning isn't the best, it wont matter if you cant get the pen to be in motion consistently/fluidly.

I heard from someone that spinning over a white surface will allow more light to reflect into the camera when recording. Thus it will look better if you have a bad camera. Kinda unrelated but whatever lol I forgot who's thread it was that posted that o-o
