Ok It looks like my computer crashed. First I was uploading pictures to facebook, then sending penspinning vids to people, and going on youtube until my computer went very slow. I decided to turn off my computer. When I turned of my computer again, I didnt start properly. Instead, the screen was blank and the screen had no colour on it. It was just black with a tiny white line on the lefthand corner. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! HELP ME!!!

take your computer apart. I mean like disconnect all the wires and stuff from the back, disconnect the hard drive from the computer and then put it all back together. Good luck.

i wouldn't take the harddrive out yet just unplug everything, plug in just the power cable and the monitor and try again, don't plug in any usbs or anything does your bootloader come up before the white line? like the thing that says "Dell" or whatever and you can hit f11 for options, or does it skip that?

if it's after the bootloader then it's way less of a serious problem if you're not really computer savvy honestly it's best just to take it somewhere and pay them 20 bucks or whatever to get it fixed if you're at a univserity usually there's a free computer help desk somewhere

Sounds like your HDD crashed. Download hirens boot cd and run a HDD diagnostic (there's tons of different ones included) If it returns errors you need a new HDD. Simple as that.
