G3. i would put hitec c up there except that all of mine died on me really quickly so i think theyre unreliable :\ G3 ink fits perfectly in sailor bodies when the back is cut slightly, so that way i salvage the G3 ink AND the sailor body/tip. i replaced the sailor grip w/ a gripmatic grip lying around

As of late, I use an 0.25 Hi-Tec-C. Anyone who claims it is too fine is clearly not in the business of (ridiculously) fine tips. It writes amazing, and I can get it in so many colours, and I can write a novel on a single sheet of paper if I need to, and... I only wish that I didn't have to be so afraid of spinning the Hi-Tec-C... The needlepoint seems like it would bend if you looked at it funny, so a drop of any size would really kill it. Despite this flaw, they're really a useful pen. As the type of student who takes notes and then annotates them, I need the fine tip. Used to use g2 0.38 but those only come in 4 colours and not even a blue-black. Yeah, I gush about my pens. I'm sure you all understand.
