I too love the smoothness of Papermate Profile ink :) if that ink were able to be put into q zebra airfit pen that would be even more awesome bc I love the feel of airfit grips :D -
Date: Sat, Jun 26 2010 16:51:04
G3. i would put hitec c up there except that all of mine died on me really quickly so i think theyre unreliable :\ G3 ink fits perfectly in sailor bodies when the back is cut slightly, so that way i salvage the G3 ink AND the sailor body/tip. i replaced the sailor grip w/ a gripmatic grip lying around
-
Date: Sat, Jun 26 2010 17:31:08
G3 1.0 broad "signature pen" writes so smooth and never skips, ever.

verrrr nice. anyway, once i managed to get a Gspec grip under a Neon grip all on a regular short american Dr. Grip. I luv'd the way the Gspec felt and the neon grip was longer than the regular, so it covered the tip... mmmm. t'was the shit. -

Hmm.. I'm not a fan of Airfit BP pens, the ink goes through pages which make school notes quite difficult to read. I prefer Signos and Dr Grip Shakers. Lakubos are also quite awesome. However I hate Orange/Green Signos =___=" Can't find a suitable way to use up the ink tube.

I use Pilot G-Tec-C4. It doesn't smudge so I like it, the ink has a very nice flow too, just be careful not to drop it because if you did you'll need to buy another refill. XD My substitute is Pentel Hybrid Technica, I feel comfortable with it. ^^

Yeah they are really smooth! And the grips are alright too, made me think of a g2 -

I used to love g2 but i hate it when the ink smudges == Now using Faber castel cx-8. Quite smooth BUT the ink finishes VERY quickly == (like, after 5 pages of testpad, almost made me fail my essay, had to borrow pen from a friend)

I hate writing with RSVP MXs, because it loosens the cap. Regular RSVPs are great for writing and so are HGGs, just not as much.

My favorites Pilot Frixion Ball- very smooth ink flow and erasable G2's- 0.7 or 0.5 (over rated?) RSVPs are kinda bad, they skip and feather too much The best though, are the TUL needle point 0.5, so smooth, so black ^_^

As of late, I use an 0.25 Hi-Tec-C. Anyone who claims it is too fine is clearly not in the business of (ridiculously) fine tips. It writes amazing, and I can get it in so many colours, and I can write a novel on a single sheet of paper if I need to, and... I only wish that I didn't have to be so afraid of spinning the Hi-Tec-C... The needlepoint seems like it would bend if you looked at it funny, so a drop of any size would really kill it. Despite this flaw, they're really a useful pen. As the type of student who takes notes and then annotates them, I need the fine tip. Used to use g2 0.38 but those only come in 4 colours and not even a blue-black. Yeah, I gush about my pens. I'm sure you all understand.

Why? Those are not really cheap. How do those things write? Are they smooth? I always wanted to try one. -
